Booking system Changed to Vagaro
First and foremost, I want to express my deep gratitude for your ongoing support and trust in my lash and PMU services. After careful consideration and feedback from my valued clients, I have decided to switch my booking system to Vagaro. Vagaro is a full on beauty services booking software that has all the features that I need, and it is a very user friendly platform. You can access the Vagaro booking system plugged into my website here.
I have already transferred your appointment into Vagaro and I will be sending you a link to set up your vagaro account through an email, so please keep an eye out for my emails.

Implementing Deposit amount change to 20% of the cost of services.
I have previously set the deposit amount differently for each services, but for Vagaro, it will be a percentage for all services, and to keep the amount needed to secure your spot affordable for higher ticket services such as microblading and pmu services, I set the percentage to 20% of the cost of each service. This way, a customer does not need to pay too much to secure a seat for my permanent makeup services. I know that there were some people wanting to pay ahead of time for their lash appointments, so as soon as I make all the necessary changes for the online booking, I will set up package prices for each services so if you like to prepay for your services, you can do that there.

Please rest assured that this deposit will be deducted from the total cost of your service. However, it will be non-refundable if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment within 48 hours of the original appointment date and time.
